This policy describes the personal information involved when you use AgentBank’s website, applications, APIs, and AI connectors. It also explains how to contact us about your information.
Who this policy covers
AgentBank provides software for payment workflows involving users, AI agents, and financial service providers. This policy covers information handled by AgentBank in connection with those services.
Financial institutions, identity providers, wallet providers, and AI platforms may handle information under their own privacy notices. Review the notices shown when connecting an account or using a provider’s service.
Information we collect
The information involved depends on the features you use. It may include:
- Account information: your name, business contact information, account identifiers, and authentication records.
- Verification information: identity or business details, verification outcomes, and eligibility records required for a payment route.
- Payment information: recipients, bank or wallet details, amounts, currencies, quotes, approvals, transaction identifiers, and settlement status.
- Connector information: requests and payment instructions sent through a connected AI platform, along with responses needed to complete the request.
- Technical and support information: device and connection information, security logs, error reports, and messages you send to support.
How we use information
Information is used to provide account access, check payment readiness, obtain quotes, validate recipients, record approvals, process payment instructions, and provide transaction status and receipts.
It may also be used to respond to support requests, investigate errors or suspicious activity, secure the service, and meet applicable recordkeeping and legal obligations.
Where consent is required for a particular use, that use should be explained at the point of collection. Any optional use must be described separately from information necessary to provide the service.
AI connectors and public networks
When you connect an AI assistant, information needed for your request may pass between that platform and AgentBank. Review the permissions you grant and the AI platform’s own terms and privacy policy. Disconnecting a connector stops future authorized access through that connection; it does not erase information already processed.
If a payment uses a public blockchain, wallet addresses, amounts, transaction identifiers, and other transaction details may be publicly visible and persist on that network. AgentBank cannot remove records from a public blockchain.
Do not put private keys, seed phrases, or unnecessary identity documents into an AI conversation or support message.
Retention and security
Personal information should be retained only for the period needed for the purpose for which it was collected, including applicable business and legal requirements. Some payment, verification, fraud prevention, or dispute records may need to remain after an account is closed.
No online service can guarantee absolute security. If you believe your account or connection has been compromised, contact support promptly.
International processing
Cross-border payments and service providers may involve processing information in countries outside your place of residence. The countries, receiving organizations, and protections depend on the service and route.
Your choices and rights
Depending on applicable law, you may be able to request access to or correction of your information, request deletion, withdraw consent, or exercise other privacy rights. Some requests may be subject to identity verification and legal exceptions.
You can stop using a connector or withdraw its access through the relevant account settings. This may prevent certain features from working and will not reverse a payment already executed.
To make a privacy request, contact [email protected]. Describe the request and the account involved; do not email private keys or complete identity documents.
Updates and contact
When this policy is revised, the published version should display its effective date. Material changes should be communicated where required by law.
